Prepare one photo

Choose a clear photo of one consenting adult, ideally a vertical full-body shot. Keep the face visible and leave space around arms and legs. Supported formats are JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB. Do not use minors or public figures.

Choose a movement reference
